I live to eat.

One of my favourite things is to cook, especially for other people. But to me, cooking isn't really about following a recipe to the gram — that's too rigid — it's about figuring out what works together and going with the flow.

I like to browse my options, get inspired and then figure it out myself. Many of the recipes included are designed to be modified with whatever you have at hand — I would preferentially call them inspiration and guidelines.

By pairing good flavours together and mastering textures, good food becomes available to everyone. Once you can cook, home food tastes better than many restaurants.
