Cross Country Season 2024, Princeton
Competing for Princeton Women’s Cross Country, we won the IVY League Championships. With a winning streak, we went on to win the Triple Crown with success at both the Indoor and Outdoor Championships.
Run the Tan 2024, Melbourne
A fun event at Melbourne’s iconic Tan lap at the Athletics Victoria 2024 Run the Tan event. I competed in the Elite Women’s field and came 5th in 13:07. It was such a fun race on one of the best tracks in Melbourne, especially with the festive atmosphere around the tents.
World Athletics Cross Country Championships 2024, Belgrade
Immensely grateful for the opportunity to wear the green and gold in Serbia. It was an amazing experience to travel with the Australian team and compete at such a high level — only inspiring me to continue training hard, hoping to make my family and country proud.
Australian Track & Field Championships 2024, Adelaide
Took a spin around the track after a double season of Cross Country, trying my hand at a 5km and 1500m race. I ran a PB in the 5km of 17:09 and 4:34 in the 1500m, lacking the speed necessary to make it to the final, but a great experience regardless.
World Cross Trials 2024, Canberra
The trials in Canberra were followed by a 3 day camp at the AIS, learning about athletics pathways and exploring the awesome facilities (shoutout cold pools and the dining hall that was only preparing me for college). And yes, there were some roos cheering from the sidelines and even joining in for part of the race!
Australian Track & Field Championships 2023, Brisbane
I competed in the 1500m and 3000m at nationals this year. It was a lot of fun and a nice escape up north during my final year of school. Proud of my 2nd place in the 3000m and my PB times of 9:41 for the 3km, and 4:32 for the 1500m.
